The 2006 vintage is one of the most anomalous for the Valle Reale area. During the summer months the temperatures remained in the average of the territory but with many rainfall. September was characterized by warm temperatures and higher rainfall than the average. The temperature range of October was very high and the maximum temperatures were higher than the average. In the pre-harvest period no particularly significant precipitations occurred.
