This note is given pursuant to the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 art. 13 to those who interact with the services of our website, accessible by electronic way. This note is given only for our website and not for other websites, which may be accessed through links. This information is inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by the Directive no. 95/46/EC art. 29. They have adopted on the 17th of May 2001 this Directive to establish some minimum requirements concerning the personal data online bunched up. Particularly, in what it concerns ways, duration and nature of the information that the owners of the process must supply to users when they connect to web pages, independently of the connection purposes.

  2. DATA PROCESSING PLACE AND PURPOSES
    The processes related to the web services of this website take place to the aforesaid headquarters and they are handled by staff in charge of processing, or by possible officers of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or widespread (unless prior approval of the person concerned). The personal data provided by users who submit demand for informative through enrollment in the section (newsletters, promotions, relationships, initiatives, communications, acts and measures, etc...) are used only to accomplish with the service or the performance requested. The data are not disclosed or diffused in any case to third parties, except in cases where it is requested and obtained the express approval of the user.

  3. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
    1. Web Surfing data
      During their normal operational workings, the computer systems and software procedures run the website data capture, whose transmission is implied in use of the Internet communication protocols. They are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used in order to control and verify the responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

    2. Data provided on own free will by the user
      The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this website entails the later acquisition of the sender's address, necessary in order to respond to the requests, as of any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed in the pages of the site arranged for special services on demand (i.e. links with this information).

  4. COOKIES
    No personal data concerning users are acquired by the website. It is not used the cookies to send information of personal nature, neither are used the so called persistent cookies of any kind, nor systems for tracking users. The use of the so called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed), is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the secure and efficient exploration of the website. The so called session cookies used in this website avoid the appeal to other computer techniques that are potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data.

  5. CONFERNMENT OF OPTIONAL DATA
    In a separate way in what it is specified for web surfing data, the user is free to provide personal data reported in the modules available on the website to request the sending of informative or other communications. If not conferred, it could not be possible to obtain the request forecasted. Please, note that any personal data is given only if there is the explicit consent from the user.

In force of this article, the user has the right to request the cancellation, the modification into anonymous form or the interruption of the data processed in violation of the law. In any case the user can oppose in order to legitimate own reasons, to the data's treatment. The requests should be addressed to the owner of the treatment above mentioned.
