Uncontaminated Environment
The yeasts are the true protagonists of our wine-making process, because they determine the organoleptic profile and unique character of each wine every year. Their quality and variety depend on the biodiversity that characterises the territory where they originate.
In our vineyards, as in all of Abruzzo, the richness of the autochthonous botanical species is enormous, while the species that originated abroad are minimal. Hence we find ourselves encompassed by an environment that is still mostly uncontaminated, and this ensures us an extraordinary patrimony of indigenous yeasts.
We have chosen to cherish this immense fortune, leaving it up to nature to bestow a unique identity upon each of our wines.
